I wanna be a good blogger when I grow up!

Its Blog time! Lets Blog out! I'll show you my Blog if you show me yours!  okay...enough of that!  We have so much to talk about!  Where do we start....  Tristans first St. Pattys Day - no green beer for him!

Life is getting back on track now that I have been back to work just over two months....I thought it was going to be a disaster going back during the crazy start of tax season but I think that has been a good thing.  I'm so busy at work but get a wonderful break in the day to come home and see my boys for lunch then back to busy!  This gives me less time to be sad that Im not home with them.  Anyone that had their doubts about Kyle being home with Tristan during the day....owes me a dollar!  He gets an A+ for Daddy Duty!  The only complaint I have is sometimes they decide its pajama day and hang out in jammys for the day but I think Tristan likes it!  I know Daddy does!  They best part about him being home with Dad other than just that is that I get picture updates several times a day and then of course I spend  and hour taking my cell phone around the office bragging! Tristan is not lacking admirers at my job thats for sure.  In fact, when I work on the weekends, he just comes a long with me and all the ladies pass him around and he is perfecting his flirting technique!

We had our four month appointment on March 8th!  Can't believe he's only been here 4 months and at the same time I cant believe that he's four months old already!  In this corner we have Tristan Pike Bailey weighing in at 12 lbs 6.9 oz and towering over his competition at 25 1/4 inches!  Not all together sure what the percentiles mean yet but everyone always asks so for weight he is 8% and height 59%.  Don't let the weight numbers fool you, this lil bugger is growing like a weed.  But don't you worry his thighs will look like mine in no time!  Tristan had his first taste of rice cereal yesterday and loved it!  If the spoon was edible he would have eaten it too!  So fun to watch him experience this! :)

My Dad and Jane made the trip over the mountains and came and stayed the weekend with us.  We had so much fun.  We all went shopping, the big boys for construction equipment and guns and the ladies and Tristan went shopping for everything and anything!  If you haven't been to a Plato's closet...i highly suggest it!  We were so spoiled with a dinner at our favorite restaurant Fuji, although my Dad said they have one in Brewster that they go to all the time if they can get a reservation!  If you are familiar with Brewster than you found the humor in that statement!  Tristan definately enjoyed having time with Grandma and Grandpa and can't wait to see them again!

In between the madness we've had lots of fun visits with The Other Baileys or the Original Baileys as I call them (Kyles parents) and Grammy Tammy and aunt Sheyenn.  Tristan and Gavin have had some scheduling problems but will be getting together for a play date the first weekend in April!  Can't Wait!
Kyle and I got to go Golfing for the first time this year.  Tristan stayed with his aunt Kelsey and cousins while Mom and Dad went golfing with Heidi and Bill at the Tapps Island course.  Luckily the lake is drained right now because when I golf my golf balls do more swimming than flying...i've got to work on that!  I must say that I was pretty happy with my score of 54 only one stroke higher than Kyles score of 53.  Heidi was stuck in winter with a hole lot of snowmen (i love you Heidi)! Following golf we had a game night with Heidi and Bill and Mike and Falon!  Its amazing how a night with great friends soothes the soul!  Thanks Friends!! ;)

The sun is making several appearances lately and we couldn't be happier!  Its Bar B Q and Bon Fire time!  Had our first good bon fire just the other weekend with Mike and Falon and stayed up half the night talking about old times and memories to be made!  We had a blast but payed for it in the morning!  All worth it!
When I wait so long to update this darn blog sometimes I can't remember all of the happenings so if I've missed something and hurt some feelings....SORRY!  I will try to be a better blogger!  Once I hire a cleaning lady maybe she can also do some blogging!  Don't expect that to happen anytime soon, I'm finding that winning the Lottery is harder than I thought!
Heres Pictures, pictures and more pictures! :)
